This CNC machined and anodized Dash for your Beta RR-S protects the Trail Tech Voyager and adds a location for a USB power outlet in addition to the stock warning lights and key assembly. An additional accessory mounting hole is provided to add a switch or RAM mount style 1" ball.
Installation is simple utilizing the existing mounting holes for the stock steel bracket and common tools. Fasteners are included in the kit. The stock bracket is replaced by a billet machined riser bracket that allows changes to the height of the assembly to suit your bar configuration using included spacers.
The Voyager is held in place with thumb screws and isolation mounts. Access to the SD Card slot is provided by removing the thumb screws and lifting the Voyager clear of the housing. Whilst in place the Voyager is a snug fit keeping the rubber slot cover pressed tightly in place.
The assembly can be raised or lowered by 6mm via the slots in the mounting bracket, and spacers are supplied for either stock or raised bars as required. Please note that the dash will not accommodate handlebar clamps on the forward position with forward offset. See chart for tested configurations. The Dash is a snug fit behind the headlight Mask. The installed height depends on your bar and spacer configuration. Lower mounting positions offer more protection but will tilt the headlight mask forward shortening the headlight range. Night road use may require small spacers to tilt the headlight back up.
